Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
1. Are the battery and charger included in the package?
No, this product is sold as a stand-alone device (without battery and charger). This allows you to use your existing 18V batteries from the Sas+all PRO series and save money. If you don't already have a battery, you can purchase it separately in our store (we recommend batteries with a capacity of 4Ah or more for optimal autonomy).
2. How does protection against accidental start work?
The device has a built-in safety mechanism at the very nose (tip) of the tool. The nailer/stapler will only fire a nail or staple when the tip of the device is firmly pressed against the workpiece. This prevents dangerous empty firing or accidental firing while carrying the tool.
3. What staples and nails can I use with this device?
The device supports GA18 (300F) nails with a length of 15 to 30 mm and GA18 (type 90) staples with a length of 16 to 25 mm. We recommend using original Dedra consumables (codes A536015-A536030 for nails and A536116-A536125 for staples) for smooth operation without jamming.
