The Metabo WVB 18 LT BL 11-125 Quick cordless angle grinder (613057840) is a professional cordless grinder from the 18-volt tool segment, designed for use in many types of construction and maintenance work. It is intended for users who need a flexible, powerful and reliable tool for cutting, grinding or removing material on various work surfaces, whether in the field or in the workshop. The advantage of this model is the combination of compactness, high safety standards and a brushless motor, which allows efficient work even in more demanding conditions.

It is supplied in a Metabox case, which makes it easy to carry and protect the tool. The device is supplied without a battery and charger, making it suitable for users who already have Metabo 18V batteries, as well as for those who want to combine several tools with the same battery system. In addition to cable-free mobility, it offers the possibility of use on various job sites where access to electrical outlets is not always guaranteed.

Evaluation of key product features

⚖️ Compare features with other products of your choice

The angle grinder is powered by the Metabo 18-volt cordless system, which allows for cordless working and greater flexibility in different locations. The brushless motor function gives the user the advantage of a longer motor life and more consistent performance even under heavy loads. As a result, the tool is suitable for cutting metal and tiles on the construction site as well as for precise grinding or rust removal in the home workshop.

The 125 mm disc diameter means that the grinder can be used for a wide range of tasks, from pipe cutting to edge finishing, while maintaining a good compromise between performance, access to tight spaces and safety in use. Quick disc change systems make it easy to adapt the tool to different work tasks without wasting the user's time.

Since the battery is only included if you add it separately, operating this sander makes sense for users who already own Metabo 18V batteries or want to expand their tool collection of the same system. Due to the combination of performance, robustness of the housing and cordless freedom, the tool is often chosen by both professional craftsmen and demanding home users who need a reliable solution for various jobs in the garden, at home, or on the construction site.

In practice, this means you can use the tool carefree on assembly sites where mobility is key, while brushless technology reduces the need for maintenance and extends the time between component replacements. A one-year warranty is standard for power tools in this segment.

It is important to know

When it comes to cordless angle grinders, it's crucial to assess how the model will suit your usage – especially if you already have compatible Metabo batteries. The grinder is adaptable for a variety of jobs, but it's not intended for specialized fine grinding or work without the necessary accessories. Also pay attention to the accessories in the package, as the product does not include a battery and charger.

• No battery and charger included: especially suitable for those who already use Metabo cordless tools with compatible batteries. If you do not have the appropriate battery, you will have to purchase it separately.
• The 125 mm disc diameter offers a compromise between precision and speed – it is suitable for various types of grinding and cutting, but may not be optimal for extremely large or very precise work.
• Due to the standard voltage of 18 V, it achieves good performance for most crafts and household tasks, but for longer and more intensive work, the duration of use will directly depend on the capacity of your battery.
• A brushless motor means less maintenance and a longer lifespan, but you'll get the most out of it if you use the sander regularly or for more demanding tasks.
• Packaged in a Metabox – convenient for storage and transport, but you can expect a bit more weight if you add your own batteries and equipment to the box.
