The Bosch AL 1880 CV fast charger is a dedicated charger from the battery charger category, specially designed for fast charging of 18V cordless batteries that are part of the POWER FOR ALL ALLIANCE system. With this charger, the user can significantly reduce the time required to reuse tools and devices that operate on 18V batteries of this system. Thanks to universal compatibility with various BOSCH and partner 18V batteries, it facilitates work in the home, garden or workshop, where it is necessary to quickly restore the energy supply in the batteries.

The built-in fast charging technology allows for a shorter wait between tool use, which is especially useful for longer jobs or when using multiple devices in a row. The charger detects the installed battery and adjusts charging parameters to contribute to optimal battery life, while protecting against overvoltage and overheating in everyday use conditions.

The LED indicator on the charger clearly shows the charging progress, so it is easy to check at any time when the battery will be ready for the next use. The simple design allows it to be placed on a workbench as well as in the garage or storage room, and the compact shape helps to store and carry it easily.

Being compatible with the POWER FOR ALL ALLIANCE system means you can charge multiple devices and tools from this broad system with one charger, reducing the need for multiple individual chargers at home. The package does not include a battery, allowing flexibility for users who already have a battery or just need reliable and fast charging.

⚖️ Compare features with other products of your choice

It is important to know

When choosing a fast battery charger, it's crucial to pay attention to compatibility with your devices and actual work needs. The biggest practical dilemma is often the relationship between charging speed and usability within a particular battery platform - the wrong choice can mean a useless or less effective accessory.

• Before purchasing, check that the charger actually fits your battery platform and battery type – this is crucial for proper operation.
• The fast charging option makes the product particularly useful for users who frequently use the tool with short breaks and want minimal downtime.
• When using multiple batteries (e.g. with multiple battery-powered devices on the same platform), consider whether you need a multi-slot charger or whether sequential charging is sufficient.
• The compactness of the charger makes it easier to store and use in different locations, which is practical if you often carry the tool.
