Answers to frequently asked questions

Is a bagless vacuum cleaner suitable for households with allergy sufferers?

Bagless vacuum cleaners can also be suitable for allergy sufferers if they have an appropriate filter (e.g. HEPA), but you need to be more careful when emptying the container, as the dust can be slightly raised when emptying. Regular cleaning and maintenance of the filters is especially important.

How often should the Tesla BGL500EU vacuum cleaner tank be emptied?

The frequency of emptying depends on the size of your home and the amount of trash you vacuum. It is recommended to empty the container after each major vacuuming session or before it is completely full, as this maintains optimal suction power.

What does adjustable motor power mean and why is it useful?

Adjustable motor power allows you to adjust the suction power depending on the current cleaning task and surface. This means you can reduce the power on delicate floors or furniture and increase it on carpets, providing a better user experience.

For basic hair removal, the model is useful for everyday floor cleaning, but for larger amounts of hair on carpets or furniture, we also recommend using attachments such as the turbo brush, which you can learn more about in the specialized hair cleaning guide .
