Answers to frequently asked questions

Does the camera work on cloudy or foggy days?

The camera will work even in low sunlight, but several consecutive cloudy days may affect battery charging. It is recommended that the installation location provides as much direct sunlight as possible.

What do I need to use WiFi?

In addition to a stable wireless network, all you need is the ability to connect the camera to your WiFi router. If the signal is weak, consider installing a WiFi signal booster.

How is motion detection notification done?

When motion is detected, the camera uses artificial intelligence to send a notification to the mobile application, where you can view the event in real time or review saved recordings.

Is the camera also suitable for monitoring larger areas?

Due to the high 4K resolution, the camera allows a clearer view of what is happening even in wider areas, but the range is most effective if there are no major physical obstacles between the camera and the surveillance area.

Can recordings be stored locally or in the cloud?

The camera supports various recording storage methods, but before using it, check which option is available based on your chosen configuration.
