While they offer outstanding Teams functionality and advanced noise cancellation for conversations, there are also important limitations that aren't directly revealed in the specifications. Before purchasing, users should evaluate how comfortable they are with the wired connection and the type of fit on the ear, and whether their needs are more focused on connection stability or mobility.

A wired USB-C connection provides stable connectivity without worrying about battery life or wireless interference, but it limits freedom of movement and switching between devices without a USB-C interface.

A binaural, on-ear fit is often comfortable for longer calls or meetings, but does not offer the same level of noise isolation as larger over-ear headphones; this can be an issue in very noisy environments.

The integrated Teams button simplifies call management in the Microsoft Teams environment, but this functionality is not always as useful in other communication programs.

The noise-canceling microphone greatly helps with the clarity of the conversation for the caller, however, it does not suppress the user's own background sounds, which can affect the perception of the surroundings.

Source of editorial recommendations: ENAA guides and team experience.

In practice

🟢 Work and video calls in the office or from home

A great choice with its directional feature for Teams, powerful noise-cancelling microphone, and stable wired connection—no need to charge or worry about interference.

🟢 Long-lasting use for everyday calls

The comfortable binaural on-ear fit is suitable for hours of wear, and the USB-C connection means stability without battery life limitations.

🟡 Use in an open or noisy office

The headphones do offer a noise-canceling microphone, but due to their on-ear design, they do not isolate ambient noise as effectively as closed over-ear models.

🟡 Switching between different devices

The USB-C connection is only compatible with devices that have this connector;
