Before purchasing, it is wise to consider the practical implications of the material's strength, color recognition and closure method in relation to your use.

The elastic allows for a secure closure, making this type of folder particularly practical for carrying documents between meetings or on the go, but it can slow down quick access to individual sheets compared to open folders.

The harder, interwoven material offers better protection against creasing and wear, which is suitable for long-term or frequent use, but it also means a slightly higher weight compared to lighter plastic versions.

A lighter blue color is often used to visually separate documents from specific projects or departments – the color-coding option improves archive or office transparency if it fits your internal system.

Elasticated folders are not suitable for a very large archive, where the speed of sorting and the transparency of a large number of folders are more important than the protection of individual sets of documents.

Source of editorial recommendations: general verifiable guidelines for product secure closure, making the folder very suitable for transporting various documents without worrying about the contents falling out or getting crushed.

🟢 Protection of individual document sets

The harder material and elastic closure effectively protect documents from wear and tear, which is useful for short-term storage of materials that are frequently handed out or used.

🟡 Archiving in cabinets for clear classification

This type of folder is useful for archiving documents by project or period, but with a larger number of folders, the transparency and speed of access are not at the level of ring or hanging folders.

🟡 Preparing formal presentations or offers

The beautifully crafted and durable material provides a neat appearance, but some users prefer to choose presentation or catalog folders for particularly important projects.

🟡 Color coding for organizing documentation

The bright color of the folder is suitable for quickly separating
