Heart rate is measured in real time, and the ring can detect even small changes, allowing for a better understanding of the body's reactions in different situations. Sleep quality is assessed based on its phases - light, deep and wakefulness - and the data is presented in the application in the form of clear graphs. This allows you to monitor your habits and take concrete measures to improve your well-being and recovery.

Sport modes and exercise tracking

The ring supports multiple exercise modes – including walking, running, cycling or swimming. It is best suited for daily use to track movement, sleep and basic measurements, but the small size of the ring makes it suitable for those who are bothered by other wearable products. Due to the limited volume, the amount of functions may not reach the level of smartwatches, but this is precisely the advantage for anyone who values simplicity and convenience. Before purchasing, it is crucial to check the correct size and compatibility with your phone, as this is the only way to ensure accurate measurements and a good user experience.

Recommendation source: Enaa guides and team experiences.

User view

Such a smart ring is often chosen by anyone who wants unobtrusive health and activity monitoring even when a watch or bracelet is not the most practical.
