Sleep quality is assessed based on its phases - light, deep and awake - and the data is presented in the application in the form of clear graphs. It is designed for those who value comfort and a lightweight feel, while also expecting basic functions such as sleep monitoring, heart rate monitoring and notifications in connection with the phone. It is important to choose the right size, as this affects the comfort and accuracy of measurements - this model is particularly suitable for everyday wear, during sports or at work, where a minimalist, less noticeable design is desired. The smaller format also means some compromise in terms of the amount of functions compared to larger devices, but users with basic needs will usually find this approach most suitable.

Recommendation source: Enaa guides and team experiences.

User view

Users of smart rings like the Colmi R12 are looking for a simple solution to monitor their well-being, health and daily habits without standing out or feeling like an additional burden.
